Brief Description
: Flowers 0.2-0.3 of an inch, white. Flower cluster erect, 1-2 inches. Stem 2-8 inches. Two leaves oval to egg shaped with a heart shaped base, 1-4 inches.

Blooms in May and June.

Geographic Range: From Newfoundland, south to Maryland, South Dakota; in the mountains to Kentucky and North Carolina.

Habitat: Moist woods

Garden Use: A groundcover of mostly foliage, this plant can fill in bare spots in the garden.
